Limitation of Liability

Best-effort, first-level monitoring
Guardian AI is an early-warning aid, not a security product with guaranteed outcomes. It may miss hacks or compromises entirely, raise false alarms, or deliver alerts late. A 'Healthy' status does not mean your account is safe.
What we are not liable for
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for missed detections, false positives, delayed alerts, reputational harm, financial loss, loss of data, or any failure, outage, API change or restriction of third-party platforms (including X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook or Threads) that prevents monitoring from working.
Not a substitute for security hygiene
Guardian AI does not replace platform two-factor authentication, strong unique passwords, careful management of connected third-party and AI apps, or professional cybersecurity advice. You remain responsible for securing your own accounts.
Use at your own risk
You use Guardian AI at your own risk. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
Third-party platforms
Guardian AI is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any social media platform. Platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
